Matty and I enjoyed the beautiful weather that we had this weekend!
We hung up some of our beloved Woodland Spode china that we got with a store credit. I love hearing that hammer! My Daddy always makes fun of me for my love of plates on a wall. What do you think Dad? Haha!
And, it is finally here y'all. Bargain Bazaar week again. JSL's busiest time of year. The time flew by this afternoon and the men's department is looking sort of put together already. Thankfully. I actually felt horrible when it was time for me to leave this afternoon. I just have a nagging cough and was having some pain, along with a sinus infection. I was crying how I didn't feel like going, but it was mandatory. So Matt decided to pray for me right in our driveway. 5 hours later, I pulled back into our driveway energized and feeling so much better! Thank you, Lord and thank you to the best hubby for praying for me! :)
I was so excited to find lots of tall mason jars in the housewares department out at the fairgrounds today. We have about 20. I scooped them up and will be using them for the Preview Party on Friday night. It is amazing how everything is starting to fall into place. We have so many donations. We gave half of our budget away for koozies and I don't really think we'll spend half of what we have left. Praise the Lord!!!
Matt took this picture. (He was proud of his set-up!) His mom, sweet Mrs. Debbie, used to always make banana bread. Matt will just decide to make it about once or twice a year when we have old bananas. He is just like his Mom in so many ways. We both miss her a lot.
I am already in my pj's! I'm going to finish up some school stuff and print some signs for the mens department, then hopefully get to bed early tonight! Have a SUPER MONDAY y'all!!
James 1:12
God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him.
