Saturday Stuff!

We had a great but long week! Monday I was off with my Irish Princess! It was fun celebrating St. Patrick's Day at home! We had Barberitos GREEN salsa for lunch.

I cherish the afternoons that we get to come straight home in the afternoons and play. We had several of those this week.

Who knew that these were called fancy blowouts? My kids did a readers theater on Friday after we completed an author study and used these!

We had a little back porch dinner date on Wednesday night. Tacos and mariachi music. So funny, but it was relaxing! I actually couldn't find my sandals in my rush to get out the door that morning, and ended up wearing toms with my dress. I felt funny all day, but was comfy.

Thursday we celebrated the first day of the beloved Spring season by eating with Matt's dad before they went back to Mississippi. Plus, now it's bubble season.  Our very favorite!!

I stumbled across a few birthday items at the dollar store this week too.

Yesterday was the Thomasville Kids Sale.   I couldn't go, so Matt went for me. Daddy sure did a good job finding things for his baby girl! Funny thing-Matt was $3 short at checkout and was going to run to the bank, but the girl behind him said she would pay for it. Then asked if he remembered her? It was my labor and delivery nurse, Kacey! Umm, we could never forget her! We LOVE her. She helped us on the hardest/best day ever! She has 3 boys and is now having a baby girl so she wants to buy some of Molly Caroline's clothes. Matt told her that he would give her a $3 discount. :) I will def be giving her a lot for free!

We had a relaxing night at home and caught up on Parenthood!

Thankful for the weekend.

9 Months!

Ok, I just want to freeze time! We can't be less than 3 months away from celebrating Molly Caroline's birthday. I can't handle it!

March 4th, Molly Caroline turned 9 months old. For some reason it is extra surreal to me. I remember from March 2013-June 2013 more vividly than almost any other time in my life. So, everything that we do lately brings back memories and I am reminded of last year at this same time.

Our 9 month old is the most precious baby girl. She gets so excited when I pick her up from daycare. Most days she squeals with excitement and kicks her little legs as fast as they will go. She also lifts her arms to be picked up which melts my heart.

She has just started eating puffs as an afternoon snack. :) She LOVES them! We laugh that she needs to wear a shirt that says, Will Crawl for Puffs...because they make her MOVE!

We recently set up the pack n play in the living room, and Molly Caroline loves to sit/roll around in it with her toys.

She still loves jumping/bouncing.

She is content to just hang out in her crib most of the time.

She LOVES watching me get ready in the mornings. Flat ironing my hair is amazing to her. She loves to watch me put on make up too. I have certain empty make up containers that I give her to hold while she watches me. It is so sweet.

She loves being outside and walking around the yard with her Daddy. :) They love to look at the lantern and trees in the backyard.

She likes her some golf balls...Blakely doesn't love that she likes them so much I think.

Molly Caroline loves Blakely so much, and thankfully, Blakely loves her back.

Molly Caroline loves eyes. She touches them first on everything. She is constantly grabbing my eyelashes when I'm holding her.

She is a great eater. She loves all her fruits/veggies. We have been attempting to make some of her baby food. She laughs when she sees her bottle. Her bottle might be her most favorite thing. :)

She is a great sleeper. She sleeps well most nights and takes 2 good naps a day.

She is wearing 6-9m clothes.

Molly Caroline loves books, pacifiers, music, and phones!

She dances to her to songs that her Lion push toy plays.

She is so curious, and always reaches her little pointer finger out to inspect everything.

She has started crying in the nursery at church.

she laughs at her glowing seahorse too.

Her Lolly fisher price doll (mine when I was a baby) is still her favorite I think.

Molly Caroline rides well in the car, and loves riding in shopping carts too! I'm training her early! :)

She hates to lay on her changing pad now (makes me sad because she used to love it more than anything)

She squirms when you try to change her clothes or diaper. She tries to roll over or get away. Her lotion bottle is our best friend. It is the one thing that she likes to hold while on her changing pad.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a million things!

Molly Caroline you are a delight! We are the luckiest mommy and daddy in the world. We cherish every second with you. You may have the most emotional and sentimental mama ever. I cry when I hear Happy Birthday being sung now. Every Tuesday, my mind is not on anything but the best Tuesday of my life on June 4th, 2013. You have our hearts, baby Molly Caroline.

Matt's 32 birthday!

February 22nd was Matt's 32nd bday! We celebrated twice! With our neighbors and then my mom and dad.

We went to Osaka in Tally then came back to our house for girls vs guys catch phrase and cupcakes. It was a fun night!

Matt golfed most of the day on his actual birthday, but I let him sleep in first. :) We celebrated at Bella Bella and then finished the night with ice cream cake (Matt's request)!

I am so thankful for my best friend, husband, and amazing daddy! Happy Birthday hubs!!
