5 and 6 months old!

Yes, I'm that behind! Anna Claire will be seven months old tomorrow!

Anna Claire is such a happy and content baby!

She rolls everywhere!

Holds her own bottle. I still hold it with her.

Kicks her feet at same time so that she is very loud with it! It's adorable.

Reaches and touches everything.

Scrapes things just like MC did!

She was dedicated to the Lord at 5 months old.

Went on her first long road trip through Alabama, Mississippi, Memphis, TN, and Arkansas to get to Missouri and did great the entire time!

She smiles and laughs all the time! She loves to chew things!

Is very happy to be held and also to go outside!

Still spitting up all the time. We've tried a few solids but you even spit them up.

Anna Claire you are so precious and perfect to us! We. Can't believe you're ours! Two beautiful girls! What blessings! I just kiss you constantly and rub my face against your fuzzy hair that is growing back quickly! You're just the sweetest baby! We love your gentle spirit!

Top 10 in 10

Today Matt and I are celebrating 10 years of marriage! I love our anniversary! A sweet southern summer wedding! The night before the wedding we had our rehearsal dinner out at Yates camp house...twinkle lights and low key fun! Our slideshow started out with the Watermark song More than you'll ever know! So fitting! Then everyone hung out and me and my bridemaids stayed in the historic Page House bed and breakfast! So beautiful and fun! Started our wedding morning out with a special brunch! Then the wedding...at Pine Forest UMC where hearing the song Take My Life drift back to where I was waiting with my bridesmaids and Dad was one of my favorite parts and the reception at The Dublin Country Club! Pink, champagne, monograms (even the bow on my dress was monogrammed...in white!) bows, magnolia leaves, seersucker, a donut grooms cake, pearls, sparklers, and we left on a golf cart! It was perfection! And we didn't even have Pinterest to get ideas back then!

Oh Matty, we've had our fair share of ups and downs but it has been an amazing ten years! We have so many beautiful memories! We started out in our little White House house with black shutters on glenwood, I finished student teaching, got a job with Thomas County Schools, graduated, was surprised with Blakely the Christmas pup, joined a church that we love, then graduated again with my Masters, we bought our first house, joined an amazing service organization, survived your job loss, were blessed by a new amazing job, suffered a miscarriage, I won teacher of the year, and we became the mommy and daddy to two beautiful girls! We've experienced the loss of loved ones and sweet pets, went on wonderful vacations and get aways, and found joy in the little things...back porch dates, night rides on our side of town, downtown fun, football games, visiting family, going back to our college town often, birthday parties, so many little traditions in our town, house projects, worship music and scripture, Netflix marathons, anything with our girls, plantations and heart pine, and celebrating everything! I'm so so thankful for these ten years and am praying for many, many more! So now...the top 10, not really in any order!

1. Finding out I was pregnant, my entire pregnancy, and Molly Caroline's birth! And every minute with her since....
2. Finding out I was pregnant, my entire pregnancy, and Anna Claire's birth! And every minute with her since...
3. Dafuskie Island-riding through the woods and marsh in the dark searching for marshside mama's! Dreaming about bringing our family back! Next year it is!
4. closing on our house September 30th and hanging out on our front porch with Blakely!
5. The day you got hired with EMSI! The job was a gift from the Lord. After many, many interviews and notes stuck all over the walls all for that one job, you got news that the job was yours! What a process!
6. Getting Blakely! Seeing her walk around the corner that Christmas and come directly to me and sit in my lap. She's been a mama's girl ever since.
7. Charleston-we love SC but it was a summer to celebrate and heal. Your new job. The miscarriage. Such a much needed trip!
8. Graduating with my masters! That was a long two years of driving to Valdosta twice a week and working full time and homework and being newlyweds. I made lifelong friends though! My seasons and you got frusbands.
9. drives on our side of town-our taste is exactly the same!
10. time at home-back porch dates and late night Netflix marathons...our time after the babies are asleep! I look forward to it daily!

I wanted to put up pictures recapping 10 years of marriage, but we have too many good special photos! I guess that is what this blog is for anyway. To look back at them all. Happy 10th Anniversary, hubs!

Soccer Camp and Family!

It's just been a good week! I played soccer mom Monday through Thursday and took and picked up MC from her first ever soccer academy at Thomas university! She was the youngest child by a year (they weren't technically supposed to do it unless they were 4) but our neighbor is the head coach, so he let her age slide. She absolutely loved it! She clicked with her coaches and we knew lots of families that sent their kids. One of my students also kind of took her under her wing. I think she did a little bit better everyday during the drills. She was wild and running around during the awards ceremony....but she was also cute. We will definitely do it again next year! It was also nice to have some one on one time with Anna Claire. It was a win win because Molly Caroline loves to stay busy and even fell asleep everyday on the way home. Isn't my little soccer girl cute!? Oh...we got new shoes for the occasion! On clearance! Thankfully she got a soccer ball and socks for her birthday! She says that her soccer camp shoes help her run super fast! Ha ha ha

We went to Dublin Thursday afternoon because my grandpa, Poppy Bill and my aunt Vicki came up from Merrit island to see our family and meet Anna Claire.
We had the best weekend! We shopped, ate, and laughed! I'm sad that we had to already come home.

We got back in time for church this morning...barely! My little sidekick!
And Matt took this as I was reading to Anna Claire tonight! Oh my baby girl!!

3 Cheers and Mouse Ears!

June 4th is one of my favorite days ever and this year we were able to have Molly Caroline's party on her actual birthday! So we had a full day incorporating all of our normal bday traditions with a party!

She woke up around 8 and I got some snuggles and big smiles as she realized it was finally her birthday! She's been waiting for about 6 months! Then she saw the balloons and presents! She found her bike about a week ago and that was her big present! She also got a jump rope (she's been asking for one for awhile), pony play dough, a name puzzle, and a pair of jellies. :)

Birthday Pancakes are a must!

Then we got ready for her picnic party in the park. Having a Mickey Mouse picnic in Paradise Park was all her idea! It was a great party! Of course it was so hot, but it did actually feel nice in the shade! There was sunshine, balloons, so many of her friends from school, church, and our neighborhood that came! Both her teachers came and most of our family too! Our sitter, Mimi, couldn't come but made the cake special for the birthday girl! As she got out of my dads truck and saw the balloons and blankets she yelled,  "Are Those my birthday balloons?! I love my party, mommy!" And then ran all the way to me!

We ended her birthday with a drive by the hospital, bubbles, pizza and a birthday cupcake (just like the day she was born), bike riding, and snuggling and looking at pictures from the day she was born. It was perfect!

Happy 3rd birthday, princess p! It was the best day ever "eber"!

Another transition...officially done.

It's been a great 7 years! So many sweet friendships made, fun service projects to support the kids of Thomas county, and lots of hours of meetings! I almost can't believe I'm actually finished. I will however continue to enjoy and support the ladies of JSL and their fun events.
"For only in service to others can we find the true joy in living!"

Now I have more time to be a mommy and time to serve somewhere else.

Happy June!

June is one of my favorite months! It is the start to summer, but it's also our anniversary month, and Molly Caroline's birth month! It's a month of pearls, hydrangeas, fireflies, long days, peaches, blueberries, pool and beach trips, summer weddings, hot birthday parties ;), porch rocking, fancy dates downtown, and simple suppers! I just love it!

We spent Memorial Day weekend in Atlanta and Dublin! I took a few pictures of the girls before we came home!

I picked up some summer scents! And a donut hand sanitizer for MC's backpack!

We're getting ready for soccer camp!

And a Mickey Mouse Picnic!

I'm thankful for these days!
