'Tis the Season

for lots and lots of parties!!! We had our Sunday School Christmas Party on Saturday night. It was a mix of girl talk at the dinner table, football, and the annual white elephant gift exchange. We had lots of laughs!!!











Other weekend happenings....

Winter Family Fun Day! I actually didn't get a single picture, but it was fun as always! However, we did get our Christmas basket finished to auction off for Relay for Life. Don't you wish you could win it???


The girls stayed with us Saturday night. I didn't get any pictures of Abby and I. But I did get a sweet picture of Matt and AnnaBeth watching Harry Potter Saturday night. And then a picture of Matty and his favorite golden. :)

My Holiday Guide...Part 1

I LOVE holiday fashion/decor!!! Here are some of my favorites this season...so far!

A big bag for shopping! LOVE my Merry Maxxinista bag!


A metallic purse. (An early birthday present from my Mama)


Glittery nail polish. I love OPI's My Private Jet and Birthday Babe. However, I just couldn't resist the new Kardashian polish in Disco Dolls. So FESTIVE!


Decorating with pinecones and bright colored ornaments. I love the mix!



This Thomasville candle from Firefly (any good pine or evergreen scented candle will do) I think this one smells way better than any Yankee though!


Big, sparkly, earrings! Or jewelry with bows or glitter...pearls are my favorite too! Perfect for any holiday party! I got the necklace for 15 cents at Bealls Outlet, as well as the earrings for $2 I believe.



Stock up on cute paper goods. You never know when these will come in handy!

The North Pole?

AnnaBeth and Abigail spent the night with us last night because Becky had to work a super early shift at the hospital today. I was in the office when they walked in, and Becky commented, "It feels like I'm in the North Pole." I immedately asked, "Why? Because it is so cold in here?".......I felt so bad because I had turned off the heater before we left for our party. She just looked at me. I then realized that she meant because of all of the decorations. Hahahaha!!

Ok, maybe I do go a bit overboard. But if you really know me, would you expect anything less? :)

This sweet girl sang this song last Sunday night and I've been singing it every since. LOVE it!!!
