Valentine Prep and a fun weekend of Love!

Something about seeing their precious matching outfits laid out makes me me super happy! I love my girls! And right now they love to match!

We made heart shaped crayons again this year. She loves it and was so excited when she hears the oven beep. She came running to find me and tell me that they were ready!

Sister snuggles happen often!

I saved the Valentine prep for after bedtime.

She was very excited to give her teachers "flowers from her garden". She picked them out.

She gave her friends at school crayons and both girls have circus cookies to their  friends at Mimi's.

Aren't these the cutest? One of my students have these out!

We had a righ Friday morning, but Matt managed to surprise me with breakfast and bring MC a rose to her school party! He said he wished he would've filmed giving it to her. She was sitting at her table and he handed it to her and she said "thank you daddy, I love it much!" She has started stuttering and of course stuttered while she said it oh so sweetly.

We wanted to eat outside somewhere Friday night because it was so pretty out. We settled on Jonahs and it basically ended up being a valentines family date! The girls did great!!

I loved spending a lazy weekend with my babies. Poor Anna Claire had her first ear infection! You cou don't tell though.

We enjoyed some birthday party fun! There's nothing as sweet as a first birthday!

Valentine's Day with my Valentines was perfection. Anna Claire got a froggie pack and Molly Caroline got her birthday shoes!

Matt made a festive breakfast before church!

We got lots of great snuggles in.

Watered the "garden."

And just soaked up family time.

First Week Back, SGD, BB, and a Social!

Well I made it through my first week back at work. My school family is awesome...I missed them a lot, my kids were so sweet, and I'm a nerd that loves paperwork and I had data waiting on me to enter and RTI meetings to jump right into. Anna Claire did great at daycare. Sunday night and Monday were the hardest. I cried a lot! Poor MC kept saying, it will be ok mommy! And I knew it would, but it was still sad to leave my babies after two glorious months with them. I especially miss our mornings. Waking up around 7-8 and getting MC ready for school, eating breakfast together and just taking it easy. Watching morning shows and snuggling with Anna Claire! Anyway, I wasn't too tired and I felt pretty on top of things by Friday. It should just get easier! 4:00 can't come soon enough each day for sure!

Molly Caroline at 8 weeks and Anna Claire at 10 weeks! First day of daycare!
:(

Barberitos night was my first week back too!

My neighbors and I planned a night out at Sweet Grass Dairy to celebrate me making it through my first week! So much fun and such good food!

Friday night Matt and I went to JSLs annual Bargain Bazaar with our neighbors Katie and Kyle. We each picked out one toy for MC! Matt chose a mini dyson and I chose a Mickey Mouse clubhouse. I also got outfits for both girls (one had a stain but was bailey boys and only $1, so I decided to chance it) and a picnic table for the back porch of my classroom. We had a good time!

Saturday night we had a social and played the not so newlywed game!! It was pretty funny. We came in third...should've been first! Haha

Sunday after church we all hung out and ate leftover soup from the social. It was a great weekend!

Shots, family fun, big girl bed, and MJC!

My last Friday on maternity leave...
Sweet little Anna Claire had her two month shots and we'll check! She is healthy and in the fifth percentile for weight. We have her spitting up under control with Zantac and she is finally gaining a little faster! Her skinny little leg was bruised and swollen after! Broke my heart!

Matt's two sisters and our niece and nephew came to visit from Atlanta! I planned some fun activities....Leap Frogz, storytime at the Bookshelf, making pizzas, etc! Most of all the sweet cousins had a blast playing with each other!

MC told us she wanted to nap in her big girl room, not her crib, so just like that she transitioned on her own!

Matt's Missouri family drove up from Destin for the day on Saturday. They brought Anna Claire this precious swimsuit! All of my pictures with them are on my good camera!

I just wish we lived closer to family because MC asks about her cousins daily! They are so sweet to her and she loves them so much!

I couldn't resist coordinating outfits for the girls this release! I'm not always a huge MJC fan...the patterns have to be pretty, not dull, and I can't stand little buttons all over the front of the outfits....however I usually like a few things every release. MC and I had fun looking at all the clothes Sunday at a little release party! Precious spring patterns, right?
