Shamrocks and Stuff

St. Patrick's Day is special to us since I'm from Dublin. I love seeing green all over our house!
Our house is a wreck most days. Molly Caroline loves to wear hats, bonnets, boots, jackets, and her sparkly toms! Stuffed animals and books are overflowing! Easter eggs too! Bags and diaper bags hang from almost every hook in our mudroom.  I wouldn't change a thing though!
Matt is starting (again) on the fence and I'm excited! MC got a potty! She likes her "poddy" and mainly just carries it around. Lol
She's also had a virus! With a HIGH fever! Thank goodness for a great Pediatrician, the nurse line, and a sitter that lets me call her at Midnight freaking out! We are blessed. And very worn out! :)

Oh Twodles!

Our first season baby, Karlynn, turned two last weekend! We were so excited for her Minnie Party!

The night before we had a fun night in of wrapping gifts and eating a little supper (since I had a little tummy bug).

I always love when our guest room is ready for company.

We ate hot dogs, cupcakes, opened presents, and played, played, played. Molly Caroline loves everything thatKarlynn  owns.

While most everyone was napping, Me, MC, K, and Jenn went for a long golf cart ride and fed the fish at the pond. So Much fun! The mommies got to talk and the girls loved it too!

We finished the night with spring prizes from nanny Beth, dinner, a ride in Jenns new expedition, and a stop at TJ.

Happy Birthday Karlynn Katherine Swain! We love you!

Meet and Greet Week, Cupcakes, and a Haircut!

Last week was insane, but so much fun at the same time. My hubby is the best, he had a very busy work week as well! But still helped me so much! I'm thankful for you hubs!

As Vice President of The Junior Service League, I was in charge of planning a meet and greet for potential new members. I gave out applications to members, poured over them, printed invitations, mailed them out, and put together a simple night at the wine bar. I had a schedule and speakers, and put together information packets too. I was sooooo nervous! It ended up going very well! Almost everyone came, the girls seemed sweet, and my girls did amazing at sharing what JSL is all about! And I didn't pass out while speaking. :)
A few of my sweet provisionals got there early to help set up. I love these girls. My I'm so nervous face! I can't do this! Lol

We also had a Meet and Greet planned on Wednesday night for our Rosebud girls! It was a rushed afternoon because I also brought dinner to a friend, but MC and I arrived at Smallcakes early and had a cupcake date. She was dancing and eating her cupcake! So fun! Matt met me there and picked her up.

8 out of 10 rosebuds ended up coming. We had pizza, cupcakes, and one of our provisionals made cute tassel necklaces with them. It was a great ice breaker for our main event later this month! I enjoyed every minute!

Molly Caroline also had her first hair cut last week. Jilynn has cut my hair for years, and I couldn't think of anyone I wanted to trim her sweet baby locks more! She let MC pick out something to watch on the iPad and then followed her around. :) No stress, no crying, it was perfect. They even looked outside at the rain while she evened up the back. Molly Caroline's sitter packed cookies and snacks for the occasion, and Daddy came with books to look at. Such a great memory! Then she watched me get my hair done, and ran all over the salon and played.
