I tried to post this in March: almost 4 and 15 months old

I just want to freeze time right now! I probably tell Matt that every single day. I love our baby girls and how much they love each other, how much they love us, how precious and innocent they are, how they get excited about everything, and really every single second we have with them. I just want to remember a few things about each right now.

Molly Caroline is so smart and she likes to say "we just needed that baby" talking about Anna Claire or "we just needed that dog" talking about Blakely. She also frequently tells me "you were right, mommy" about little things like bringing snacks to her class. Or she'll say "my cutie finger got hurt today" and she always asks "so how was your day today? And what did your class do today?"

She is bossy, confident, outgoing, loving, observant, and silly. She loves being busy, ballet, church, and watching toy shows.

Anna Claire asks "what's that?" About everything! She has a little grunt "uh uh uh" that let's us know exactly what she wants like being picked up or going outside. She holds her little hands up Straight in the air to be picked up often. She loves to say "more" and eat. And she loves to call for "blakely"!

She is snuggly, smiley, content, squeezable, and follows sister everywhere or wants to be held by me or Matt. She loves balls, dogs, and baby dolls.

I'm sure I'm forgetting a lot, so I'll probably have a part two. :) Trying to get into blogging again. 

My neglected little blog.

Summer  is quickly passing me by and I had hopes of updating the blog! If I could I would freeze my little barely 4 year old and 19 month old baby right now! We're having a great summer together. I think this summer the pool is their favorite thing! More updates soon! 

12m favorites!

I think the last time I did a favorites post for Anna Claire was maybe 1 month! Ha! 

She loves her little security blanket to fall asleep with. She uses the aiden and anais brand in her crib. However she loves anything soft...so any swaddle or minky blanket will do for riding in the car or stroller. As soon as the soft material touches her face her thumb goes in her mouth!

 

She had loved her pello for many months. She just loves sitting, climbing in, and laying her face against it.

 

She loves saying the word baby and hugging babies. She has one madame Alexander baby of her own, but also loves MC's, cabbage patch, bitty baby, and raggedy Ann. She also loves loves loves these little woodland sisters that the girls got in their stockings. I definitely would like to add a few more to her collection. 

 

She isn't walking yet, but she loves walking behind her baby stroller/walker! She is so proud to do it. She also tries to climb in it herself! 

 

She loves her Anywhere chair. She sits in it constantly. She also loves sisters. 

I've also noticed that she loves little people. Like the little people in this wooden schoolbus and the plastic family from MC's dollhouse.

 

 

 

She loves wearing shoes and the freshly picked Mocs stay on so well. Perfect for winter too!

 

She mainly drinks out of  the avent penguin sippy because that is what the other baby at her babysitter also takes. But at home she will also drink from the nuk, the lolla cup, and even my cup!

 

She loves anything that sings or makes music. She loves this train! She also loves her ball poppers, her little musical jewelry box, and her piggy bank. She just loves to dance! 

 

She actually loves Molly Caroline's play kitchen. She has for a while. She likes to open all the doors on it and empty the sink! :)

She also loves Molly Caroline's cozy coupe!

 

Anna Claire's favorite outside toy is her swing! She gets so excited when she sees it!

 

She also loves riding in the push trike and her princess carriage with sister.

 

Family Fun!

We had so much fun golfing today! Molly Caroline was very into it...even more so than last Spring/Summer. Matt is set on getting her a little set of real golf clubs when she turns four. Anna Claire loved the golf cart ride, and clapped as we rode. She also loved crawling all over the greens. Crazy to think that last year when we took her she was in a wrap! 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trying to blog again...

Since having Molly Caroline, the way I've kept up with blogging every now and then is with my phone. Well I got a new phone in November and since then I haven't been able to find a good blogging app. So, now I'm so behind! I thought about throwing in the towel, but I feel like that's unfair to Anna Claire because she is changing so much and this is the perfect way to document it all. Hoping this one works. 

 

 I think these pictures sum up our January. Lots of snuggles and family time. And lots of swinging!

Victorian Christmas

We love going every year! It was freezing this year but so much fun! I love all the ice queens, giant candy cane, Santa, fried Oreos, the open fires, and the merry go round! It's so festive!
