What I'm loving Wednesday

Snuggling with my man on this rainy, rainy night. It has rained all day long here in south Georgia. This week at school has been insane...tons of paperwork, report cards, and meetings. I've been working late a lot, but still managed to cook every night, exercise, and have a small amount of down time. I'm thankful for that. Of course next week will be back to normal as I've got League, a board meeting, and a few other things going on that will take up my evenings.

My kids have naptime every afternoon, while the teachers have collaboration, RTI meetings, or BST meetings. I always play different music, depending on my mood. On our school server we have a "Naptime music" folder. One of Jim Brickmans cd's is on it. My kids LOVE it. They request it....as funny as that may seem. Well today, it was super dark and rainy out, and my room was pretty silent. All of a sudden the song, "You", came on and I heard about 10 little voices (that apparently weren't sleeping, but were acting like it) break out in song. I hear my kids sing all the time....we love singing, especially Christmas songs. But for some reason, hearing them singing the lyrics to this song made me laugh! My babies are sure cute. I LOVE my job!

I was admiring our new little love seat while I was cooking supper. My Aunt Lynn gave it to Matt and I over Christmas. It is in great condition and matches our couch quite nicely. We are very grateful for it, and I'm excited that it adds extra seating in our room.

Lately, I LOVE the color, My Private Jet, for winter. I also love this body wash. It smells so fresh and the bubbles last forever.

I'm glad tomorrow is already Thursday!

Psalm 69:30
I will praise God’s name in song and glorify him with thanksgiving.
