I gave my Valentine's their cards. :) And cried over Molly Caroline's name on her cards from her precious friends!
Matty also knows me well. We've spent 12 Valentine's Days together now. Lately we've been more into non-traditional gifts and celebrating out early and staying home on the actual holiday. But this year I had a treat from Sephora and orchids waiting for me! Orchids were my Nanny Jane's favorites and now I always like to have them in the house. He is so thoughtful!
We had a candle lit dinner of steak, asparagus, TR mushrooms (that were amazing), baked potatoes, salad, and chocolate covered strawberries.
After dinner we gave our girls their Valentines treats from us. :) Then played together upstairs.
Once our love bug was asleep, we changed our plans of watching a movie, and just watched another episode of our latest Netflix addiction, The Good Wife!
We fell asleep with the tv and every light in the house on! Love those kind of nights!
Our night was perfect!
