We wish you a Merry Christmas...

and a Happy New Year!!

Happy birthday Jesus, I'm so glad it's Christmas...
All the tinsel and lights and the presents are nice, but the real gift is You!
Happy birthday JESUS, I'm so glad it's Christmas...
all the carols and bells make the holiday swell,
but it's all about You ---- Happy birthday Jesus, Jesus I love you!!

Merry Christmas from snowy Missouri! We are enjoying our first white Christmas and loving it! Especially Blakely :)

We started to see ice on Christmas Eve!

The snow was falling heavily at this point!

Playing in the snow like giddy kids!

Blakely Whelan discovered her new favorite thing...snow! She likes it even better than sand.

A snowy Christmas!

I'm very thankful that I thought to bring my only real winter shoes. My trusty pink uggs. I always wear them for snow day at school...but I assure you these boots are waterproof after braving the blizzard without fail!

Santa left a new friend for Blakely under the tree in MO. She got a new bear, Lola, to replace her old favorite bear, Noel. ;)

What a random Christmas post! Yay for a white CHRISTmas!

Ok, so a few things...

1) Where do you know that song from? Is it a real song? Our kids sang it in their musical at church this year, and I love it.

2) When did you get your super cute zebra print tag for your Tahoe??? LOVE it!

3) Will you PLEASE make a snow angel for me??? And take a pic of it? I wish I was playing in the snow!!! Sooooo pretty!

4) What did you get for Christmas???? I want to hear all about it! You're going to LOVE one of my presents... and you may be a tad jealous! ; )

5) I love Lola! She's precious! And I love Blakely in the snow... she's so pretty!!!

6) You BETTER comment back!

7) LOVE y'all! Be safe coming home... whenever that may be!

Ok, I don't have much else to do being snowed in so I'll comment back.

1. I think from church. I sing it with my kids at school. Whoops, you didn't hear that from a public school teacher :)

2. I got it for my birthday. Laura (fireballs) made it for me one night at Victorian Christmas. You should've seen us messing up font over font.

3. I am not making snow angels..because I don 't own waterproof pants..haha! I will build you a snowman though.

4. Accessories sums up what I got for Christmas. What did you get????? And the Blind Side book...the movie is a lot more interesting :)

5. Thanks!!

6. :)

7. We will! Have you decided when you are coming to Valdosta?

Yay! : )

I haven't decided about next week... but I'll let you know as soon as I decide! I may even come stay a night with you!

I know we need to talk about the BB trip week... I want to come... I just hope my parents don't throw down over me missing days that I might could work. We shall see. I haven't talked to them about it yet... (Gotta love living under the same roof as your parents at the age of 26 and having to justify the decisions that you never would have had to explain if you were living alone!!!! Grrrr! Haha!)

Yeah... accessories for me, too. I got a gold Fossil watch from the outlet. Love it. Got a flip flop charm for my Pandora bracelet. My sister and I bought each other the John Wind Maximal Art braceletes - you know... the super chunky gold ones with the pearl and the initial charm? (We saw them at Firefly!) LOVE it! Can't wait to wear it.

Here's a link to it...
